Apply ASAP. The sooner your project is live, the more time you have to collect votes for it. Voting closes Oct 31, 11:59 PM ET. Review takes up to three business days and ends Nov 2. Projects approved after voting closes cannot collect votes.
What to prepare
Your idea, a simple budget and an educator’s school email. A cover image, video and past-project evidence are optional. A new idea is enough.
What becomes public
After approval: your project, school, budget, cover, chosen project link and optional video. Extra reviewer links, personal contact and educator details stay private.

Video (optional)

A short video is strongly encouraged: it helps people who don’t know your project understand the people behind the idea, why it matters and why they should support it. Around 60 seconds is plenty—explain what you want to start and what the funding will make possible. Use Loom, YouTube or Google Drive with public viewing enabled. You can narrate slides or show your idea; you don’t need to show faces or identify individual students. It is still optional.
