TKS Academic Partnerships funds this cycle. Later cycles could look different: matched funds from a partner, a pool set aside for one province or one state, or a cycle run jointly under both names.

None of that is committed to and none of it is on the table today. It is written down here because it is the shape the fund could grow into, and because the people who might build it should know it is welcome.
